Refund and Returns Procedure
We hope you are pleased with your order. If you are not satisfied with the products supplied and wish to return any items, we will be happy to give you a refund, as long as the product is unopened and in its original condition. Please let us know the reason for the return via the “Contact Us” page. Please note that returns can only be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
Once the order has been returned to us, we will be happy to exchange them where possible. If an exchange is not possible, you will receive a full refund within 20 days of your cancellation request.
